The Switzerland Inn

Conveniently located near three exceptional wineries on the east side of Keuka Lake, The Switz as it’s known to locals and lakers has a fun, casual vibe that carries over into unique food options as well as popular annual events like the Polar Bear Plunge.

Snug Harbor

Once a private lakeside hotel built in the 1890s, Snug Harbor has long been a landmark along the shores of Keuka Lake, located about 1 mile from Hammondsport’s Village Square.

A restaurant that has seen seen several iterations over the past couple decades, Snug Harbor was given new life in 2018 by its new owners who lovingly restored the historic property after two separate fires in 2016 and 2017 temporarily put it out of service.

The historic charm of this landmark waterfront gem has helped establish Snug as a favorite among lakers and the family-style dining offerings from the folks who brought you Timber Stone Grill make for an excellent overall dining experience.

With indoor, deck, and lakeside dining options, a menu of classic dishes, local craft beers and wines, and a newly-remodeled third floor balcony suite with stunning views of the lake (suite available to rent), and a focus on classic American dishes and locally sourced foods, Snug keeps rising the bar on lakeside dining experiences.

First converted to a restaurant and amusement park in 1936, The Lakeside has a long tradition of being a favorite gathering spot on Keuka Lake.

With multiple outdoor and indoor seating options and delicious cuisine, this popular restaurant combines the best of tavern and lakeside experiences.
